Returns

As a company we strive for excellence and nothing less. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Once received, all qualifying items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund providing they are unworn/unused and in the original condition. If tags have been broken off and/or tampered with, we can no longer accept a return.

Simply include a note with your order number inside your returns parcel and send it to:

Please Note

Should you wish to return any items, there will be a £3 deduction to the total refund to compensate for shipping costs originally paid by us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable service to ensure items make their way back to us safely.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. Once your return has been processed you will be notified with an email confirmation. Depending on the payment method you selected, refunds may take up-to 5 working days to clear into your account. 

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange option. Instead you can return any unwanted items for a full refund (providing they are in line with our Returns Policy) and make a separate order for the preferred item(s) you wish to purchase.

Faulty Items
